We carefully secure the soil with wrapping to make sure it doesn’t fall out during transport. Then we wrap the plant with corrugated cardboard so it sits snug in the box and protects the leaves from damage. The plant is boxed with extra filler to fill any gaps, so nothing moves around during handling. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible — so don’t be surprised if your plant arrives in a secondhand box. It’s all part of our effort to reduce waste and cost!

Absolutely! We can include a personalized note or special packaging upon request — just let us know when you order.

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photos so we can try to help resolve the issue promptly. However, please note that once the plants leave our premises, responsibility transfers to the courier. Shipping is at the buyer’s expense and risk.
