SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We’re based in Gauteng, South Africa and ship nationwide using trusted courier services.

Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

  • Shipping days are usually Monday to Wednesday to avoid plants sitting in depots over weekends.

  • You'll receive tracking info once your order is on the way.

Packaging

We take care to package each plant securely:

  • Soil is wrapped to prevent spillage

  • Plants are supported with corrugated cardboard

  • Extra padding is added to prevent movement during transit

  • We use eco-friendly and reused materials where possible, so don’t be alarmed if your order arrives in a secondhand box — it’s part of our effort to reduce waste.

Courier & Delivery
  • Shipping is at the buyer’s expense and risk.

  • Once the parcel leaves our premises, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage during transit.

  • We recommend tracking your parcel and being available to receive it on delivery day.

In Case of Issues

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist where possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because plants are perishable, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Returns will only be considered once the original plant has been sent back to us for evaluation. After we assess its condition, we’ll let you know if a replacement will be sent.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and are based on the plant’s condition upon return

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for healthy plants or if the issue was caused by courier handling
