To get your kokedama rebuilt or refreshed, you’ll need to send it to us first:

Sending your kokedama to us:
You can either deliver it in person or ship it via courier/post. Please pack it securely to avoid damage during transit. -
Returning your kokedama to you:
Once we complete the service (usually within 2–3 days), we can either:
• Ship it back to you via courier/post (shipping fees apply), or
• You can arrange to collect it in person from our location.
We recommend discussing the best shipping option with us before sending your kokedama, especially if it’s delicate or fragile.
